Creamy Fruit Butter Frosting
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, raspberries, or canned fruit (drained)
- 1 egg white
Method
- 1 Cream the butter in a bowl.
- 2 Gradually add the powdered sugar and beat until combined.
- 3 Beat the egg white until stiff peaks form, then add it to the mixture and beat well.
- 4 Fold in the prepared, mashed fruit and beat until the mixture is creamy.
