  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, raspberries, or canned fruit (drained)
  • 1 egg white

Method

  1. 1 Cream the butter in a bowl.
  2. 2 Gradually add the powdered sugar and beat until combined.
  3. 3 Beat the egg white until stiff peaks form, then add it to the mixture and beat well.
  4. 4 Fold in the prepared, mashed fruit and beat until the mixture is creamy.
