Creamy Egg Yolks Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 lb mushrooms
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup milk or cream
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
Method
- 1 Stew mushrooms in water and butter until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
- 2 Remove from heat. Stir in milk or cream and beaten egg yolks.
- 3 Return to heat for one minute to thicken, then serve immediately.
