Creamy Egg Yolks Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 lb mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup milk or cream
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten

Method

  1. 1 Stew mushrooms in water and butter until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2 Remove from heat. Stir in milk or cream and beaten egg yolks.
  3. 3 Return to heat for one minute to thicken, then serve immediately.
