Creamy Dill Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- Sour cream
- Pepper
Method
- 1 Thinly slice cucumbers and onion. Sprinkle with salt and let stand for a few minutes.
- 2 Pat vegetables dry with a towel or paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- 3 Place in a serving dish, add vinegar, and mix well.
- 4 Pour enough sour cream over the mixture to half-cover it, then dust with pepper.
- 5 Chill before serving.
