Creamy Cos Lettuce Salad

Ingredients

• 2 heads cos lettuce
• 2 green onions, roughly chopped
• 1/4 cup cream
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• Salt and pepper to taste

Method

1. 1 Rinse the cos lettuce heads and shake off all excess moisture.
2. 2 Cut the lettuce into a bowl or basin.
3. 3 Add the roughly chopped green onions, cream, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
4. 4 Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and serve.
