  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 cups milk
  • cream and sugar for serving

Method

  1. 1 Make a batter with the cornmeal, flour, and cold water.
  2. 2 Pour the batter into boiling water and stir often.

  4. 4 Add boiling milk and cook for another 30 minutes, stirring often.
