Creamy Coconut Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 cups sugar
- ½ cup grated fresh cocoanut
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
- 1 Melt butter in a saucepan; add milk and sugar.
- 2 Stir until sugar is dissolved, heating slowly.
- 3 Boil for 12 to 15 minutes.
- 4 Remove from heat and add cocoanut and vanilla.
- 5 Beat until creamy, then pour into buttered tins and cool.
