Creamy Clam And Tomato Chowder
Ingredients
- 1 dozen large clams
- 1 quart tomatoes
- 6 large potatoes
- 1 quart milk
- 1 tbsp minced parsley
- Juice of the clams
- 6 crackers, pounded fine
- Pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Chop the clams, tomatoes, and potatoes finely.
- 2 Combine the chopped ingredients with milk, parsley, and clam juice in a pot.
- 3 Cook the mixture for 45 minutes.
- 4 Stir in the pounded crackers, season with pepper, and serve.
