Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch celery
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 pinch mace
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour

Method

  1. 1 Wash, pare, and finely chop the celery.
