Creamy Celery Puree Soup
Ingredients
- 1 pint diced celery
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup stock
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Method
- 1 Cook diced celery in cold water until tender.
- 2 Press the cooked celery through a sieve to create a puree.
- 3 Stir in stock, milk, and flour mixed with a little milk.
- 4 Season with salt and pepper, then garnish with parsley.
