Creamy Cauliflower Soup
Ingredients
- 1/2 small cauliflower
- 1/2 pint milk and water
- small piece of butter
- 1 teaspoon fine wholemeal
- pepper and salt to taste
Method
- 1 Wash and cut up the cauliflower.
- 2 Cook the cauliflower until tender with the milk and water.
- 3 Add butter and seasoning.
- 4 Smooth the meal with a little water and thicken the soup with it.
- 5 Boil up for a minute and serve.
