Creamy Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 small cauliflower
  • 1/2 pint milk and water
  • small piece of butter
  • 1 teaspoon fine wholemeal
  • pepper and salt to taste

Method

  1. 1 Wash and cut up the cauliflower.
  2. 2 Cook the cauliflower until tender with the milk and water.
  3. 3 Add butter and seasoning.
  4. 4 Smooth the meal with a little water and thicken the soup with it.
  5. 5 Boil up for a minute and serve.
