Creamy Cabbage Soup
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons flour
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups chopped cabbage
Method
- 1 Heat the milk to boiling in a saucepan.
- 2 Add the butter and chopped cabbage; cook for seven minutes.
- 3 Mix flour with a little cold water to form a slurry, then stir into the mixture to thicken.
