Creamy Butter Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
- 2 heaping tablespoons butter
- 6 fresh eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Nutmeg, grated (optional)
Method
- 1 Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat until it sizzles.
- 2 Break in six fresh eggs and mix thoroughly with a silver spoon for two minutes without stopping.
- 3 Season with salt, pepper, and a slight grating of nutmeg if desired. Serve when thick and creamy.
