Ingredients

  • 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup medium salsa
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat or fat-free sour cream
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped

Method
