Creamy Bacon And Potato Chowder

Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 slices bacon, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. 1 Fry the chopped onion and bacon pieces in a frying pan until lightly browned.
  2. 2 Transfer the potatoes, bacon, and onion to a saucepan. Add parsley, salt, and pepper.
