Creamy Asparagus Soup

Ingredients

• 6 asparagus spears
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 tsp cornstarch
• 1/4 oz butter
• Salt and pepper to taste

Method

1. 1 Boil asparagus in water until tender.
2. 2 Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. 3 Smooth cornstarch into milk and add to pot.
4. 4 Boil until thickened and serve.
