Creamy Asparagus Soup
Ingredients
- 6 asparagus spears
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 oz butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Boil asparagus in water until tender.
- 2 Add salt and pepper to taste.
- 3 Smooth cornstarch into milk and add to pot.
- 4 Boil until thickened and serve.
