Creamy Artichoke And Potato Soup
Ingredients
- 1/4 lb artichokes
- 1/4 lb potatoes
- 3/4 pint milk and water (equal parts)
- 1/4 oz butter
- pepper and salt to taste
Method
- 1 Peel, wash, and cut up the artichokes and potatoes into small pieces.
- 2 Cook the vegetables in the milk and water mixture until tender.
- 3 Rub the cooked vegetables through a sieve and return to the saucepan.
- 4 Add butter and seasoning, boil up, and serve.
