Creamed Young Carrots With Parsley
Ingredients
- young carrots
- salt
- pepper
- cream
- sugar
- chopped parsley
Method
- 1 Wash and brush young carrots. Simmer in salt and pepper until tender.
- 2 Move carrots to the side of the pan. Pour in cream to create a sauce.
- 3 Add a pinch of sugar and chopped parsley. Stir to combine and serve.
