  • salt
  • pepper
  • cream
  • sugar
  • chopped parsley

Method

  1. 1 Wash and brush young carrots. Simmer in salt and pepper until tender.
  2. 2 Move carrots to the side of the pan. Pour in cream to create a sauce.
