Creamed Young Carrots And Peas
Ingredients
- equal quantities peas
- equal quantities young carrots, diced
- 3-4 tablespoons heavy cream
- salt to taste
Method
- 1 Parboil equal quantities of diced young carrots and peas until the carrots are nearly tender.
- 2 Combine the vegetables in a saucepan with 3-4 tablespoons of cream and salt.
- 3 Cook until both vegetables are completely tender and the cream is heated through.
