Creamed Tuna Over Toast

Ingredients

• 3 tbsp butter
• 3 tbsp flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• 1/8 tsp paprika
• 1 1/2 cups hot milk
• 1 1/2 cups tuna fish
• 1 egg

Method

1. 1 Melt butter in a saucepan and whisk in flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. 2 Pour in milk and stir until thickened.
3. 3 Add tuna fish and heat thoroughly in the sauce.
4. 4 Stir in slightly beaten egg and cook until thickened.
5. 5 Pour over toast and serve.
