Creamed Spinach With Butter And Cream
Ingredients
- spinach
- salt
- butter
- 3 tbsp cream
Method
- 1 Pick and wash spinach thoroughly. Boil in salted water for 20 minutes.
- 2 Drain and rinse under cold water. Mash smooth with a wooden spoon.
- 3 Add butter and cream. Heat through before serving.
