Creamed Salmon And Bread Crumb Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 can salmon, minced
- 1 pint milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pint bread crumbs
Method
- 1 Drain the liquid from the canned salmon and mince the fish finely.
- 2 In a saucepan, boil the milk with butter, salt, and pepper.
- 3 In a baking dish, create alternating layers of bread crumbs, minced salmon, and the hot milk mixture.
- 4 Finish with a top layer of bread crumbs and bake until golden brown.
