Creamed Potatoes With Parsley
Ingredients
- cold boiled potatoes, diced or sliced
- milk or cream
- butter
- salt
- pepper
- fresh parsley, chopped
Method
- 1 Dice or slice cold boiled potatoes into 1/8-inch thick pieces.
- 2 Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with milk or cream.
- 3 Cook until the potatoes have absorbed nearly all the liquid.
- 4 Stir in butter, salt, and pepper to taste.
- 5 Garnish with chopped fresh parsley just before serving.
