  • 1 can peas
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 4 tbsp cream

Method

  1. 1 Rinse, drain, and rinse the canned peas in boiling water.
  2. 2 Add butter, sugar, salt, and pepper to the peas.
  3. 3 Beat the egg yolk and dilute with cream.
  4. 4 Stir the egg mixture into the peas and cook until slightly thickened.
