Creamed Peas And Carrots
Ingredients
- 1 cup diced cooked carrots
- 2 cups green peas (fresh or canned)
- 4 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Combine the diced cooked carrots and green peas in a stew pan.
- 2 Add the cream, butter, salt, and pepper to the pan.
- 3 Heat the mixture until hot and serve immediately.
