Creamed Macaroni With Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 4 oz macaroni
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • Parmesan cheese, toasted

Method

  1. 1 Boil macaroni in water until quite tender.
  2. 2 Drain the macaroni on a sieve.
  3. 3 Place macaroni in a pan with cream and butter rolled in flour.
  4. 4 Boil for five minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. 5 Pour onto a plate and top with toasted Parmesan cheese.
