Creamed Macaroni With Parmesan
Ingredients
- 4 oz macaroni
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- Parmesan cheese, toasted
Method
- 1 Boil macaroni in water until quite tender.
- 2 Drain the macaroni on a sieve.
- 3 Place macaroni in a pan with cream and butter rolled in flour.
- 4 Boil for five minutes, stirring constantly.
- 5 Pour onto a plate and top with toasted Parmesan cheese.
