Creamed Corn With Milk
Ingredients
- ears of corn
- butter
- salt
- pepper
- sugar
- hot milk
Method
- 1 Boil corn ears for 5 minutes, then cut kernels off the cob using the back of a knife.
- 2 Place kernels in a saucepan and season with butter, salt, pepper, and sugar.
- 3 Add enough hot milk to moisten and cook for 10 minutes.
