Creamed Chicory With Eggs
Ingredients
- 1 bunch chicory
- 2 tbsp chives
- ½ cup cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Method
- 1 Boil the chicory until tender, then chop into medium-sized pieces.
- 2 Mince the chives and heat both the chicory and chives in cream with salt and pepper.
- 3 Pour the mixture onto a serving dish and decorate with chopped hard-boiled eggs.
