Cream Poached Eggs On Toast
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 6 large eggs
- Salt and white pepper to taste
- 1 tsp finely minced parsley
Method
- 1 Bring the cream to a boil in a chafing dish.
- 2 Carefully break the eggs into the cream, ensuring yolks remain whole.
- 3 Cook for about three minutes until the whites are set.
- 4 Place a slice of toast on each hot plate and top with an egg.
- 5 Pour cream over eggs, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and parsley, then serve.
