Cream Of Corn Soup
Ingredients
- 1 pint milk
- 1 pint grated corn
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 pint whipped cream
Method
- 1 Place milk in a double boiler and bring to a boil.
- 2 Add grated corn and salt to the milk.
- 3 Rub flour and butter together until combined.
- 4 Stir the flour-butter mixture into the boiling soup.
- 5 Just before serving, stir in the whipped cream.
