Cream Filled Cake
Ingredients
- 3/4 pint milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
Method
- 1 Boil 3/4 pint of milk in a saucepan.
- 2 Beat 2 eggs, 1 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup flour together until smooth.
- 3 Stir the egg mixture into the boiling milk and cook until thickened.
- 4 Remove from heat and flavor to taste. Let cool completely.
- 5 Make a small slit in the side of cooled cakes and fill with the cream.
