Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ¼ cake Baker's Premium No. 1 chocolate

Method

  1. 1 Combine sugar and cream in a saucepan and heat.
  2. 2 Add broken chocolate pieces and stir vigorously and constantly.
  3. 3 Add butter when the mixture begins to boil.
  4. 4 Stir until the mixture creams when beaten on a saucer.
  5. 5 Remove from heat and beat until quite cool.
  6. 6 Pour into buttered tins, let cool, and cut into diamond-shaped pieces.
