Cream Chocolate Fudge Cut Into Diamonds
Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ¼ cake Baker's Premium No. 1 chocolate
Method
- 1 Combine sugar and cream in a saucepan and heat.
- 2 Add broken chocolate pieces and stir vigorously and constantly.
- 3 Add butter when the mixture begins to boil.
- 4 Stir until the mixture creams when beaten on a saucer.
- 5 Remove from heat and beat until quite cool.
- 6 Pour into buttered tins, let cool, and cut into diamond-shaped pieces.
