Cream Cheese Vegetable Pinwheels
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/8 cup corn
- 2 tablespoons chopped green chilies, drained
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2/3 tablespoon salsa
- 3 large flour tortillas (10 inch)
Method
- 1 Drain the corn and green chilies. Mix cream cheese, corn, chilies, onions, and salsa in a bowl.
- 2 Spread the mixture evenly onto the tortillas.
- 3 Roll up the tortillas tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
- 4 Cut into 1-inch slices and serve immediately or refrigerate.
