Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp canned corn, drained
  • 2 tbsp chopped green chilies, drained
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 3 tbsp salsa
  • 3 large flour tortillas (10 inch)

Method

  1. 1 Drain the corn and green chilies. Chop and measure all ingredients.
  2. 2 Mix cream cheese, corn, green chilies, onions, and salsa together in a bowl.
  3. 3 Spread the mixture on tortillas, roll up tightly, and wrap in plastic wrap.
  4. 4 Cut into 1-inch slices and serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
