Cream Cheese Salsa Pinwheels
Ingredients
- 3.5 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp canned corn, drained
- 2 tbsp chopped green chilies, drained
- 2 tbsp chopped onion
- 3 tbsp salsa
- 3 large flour tortillas (10 inch)
Method
- 1 Drain the corn and green chilies. Chop and measure all ingredients.
- 2 Mix cream cheese, corn, green chilies, onions, and salsa together in a bowl.
- 3 Spread the mixture on tortillas, roll up tightly, and wrap in plastic wrap.
- 4 Cut into 1-inch slices and serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
