Cream Cheese And Olive Pinwheel Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons celery, chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon stuffed olives, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- Milk, as needed
- Bread slices
- Butter, softened
- Stuffed olives, for garnish
Method
- 1 In a bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped celery, chopped olives, salt, and paprika. Add milk gradually until the mixture reaches a spreadable consistency.
- 2 Cut bread slices into circles. Cut out the centers from half of the bread circles to create rings.
- 3 Spread the remaining whole bread circles with butter. Top each with a bread ring, then spread generously with the cream cheese filling.
- 4 Garnish the center of each sandwich with a slice of stuffed olive.
