Cranberry Sauce With Raisins
Ingredients
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup corn syrup
- ½ cup raisins or nuts
- 2 tablespoons fat
Method
- 1 Cook cranberries in water over medium heat until soft and liquid is mostly absorbed.
- 2 Add corn syrup, raisins (or nuts), and fat. Simmer slowly for 20 minutes until thickened.
