Cranberry Jam

Ingredients

  • 5 quarts cranberries
  • 2 quarts water
  • 3.75 pounds granulated sugar

Method

  1. 1 Place cranberries and water in a preserving kettle and boil gently until fruit is tender.
  2. 2 Add sugar and boil until the fruit is clear, skimming carefully.
  3. 3 Put jam in glasses and seal when cold.
