Cranberry Jam
Ingredients
- 5 quarts cranberries
- 2 quarts water
- 3.75 pounds granulated sugar
Method
- 1 Place cranberries and water in a preserving kettle and boil gently until fruit is tender.
- 2 Add sugar and boil until the fruit is clear, skimming carefully.
- 3 Put jam in glasses and seal when cold.
