Cranberry Apple Crisp
Ingredients
- 1 can apple, cored and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce (14 ounce, whole)
- 1 cup margarine (soft, melted)
- 1/3 cup oatmeal (uncooked)
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- cinnamon
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F.
- 2 Wash apples, remove cores, and slice thinly, keeping the peel on.
- 3 Combine cranberries and apples in a bowl, then pour into an 8x8 inch pan.
- 4 Mix melted margarine, oatmeal, brown sugar, and cinnamon until blended. Sprinkle over the fruit mixture.
- 5 Cover and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for 10 more minutes until topping is crisp and brown.
- 6 Serve warm or cold.
