Cracker Crumb Egg Patties
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup crushed cracker crumbs
- 1-2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for frying
Method
- 1 Beat the eggs lightly in a bowl.
- 2 Stir in the cracker crumbs until a thick paste forms.
- 3 Thin the mixture with a little milk, then season with chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
- 4 Fry spoonfuls of the mixture in butter over medium heat, like pancakes, until golden brown.
