Cottage Cheese Pepper Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- bread slices
- butter
Method
- 1 In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, minced onion, chopped peppers, mayonnaise, salt, and paprika. Beat until well mixed.
- 2 Butter bread slices and cut them into thin slices if needed.
- 3 Spread a layer of the cheese mixture onto the bread, cover with another slice, and cut sandwiches in half to serve.
