  • 1 onion, minced
  • 2 peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • bread slices
  • butter

Method

  1. 1 In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, minced onion, chopped peppers, mayonnaise, salt, and paprika. Beat until well mixed.
  2. 2 Butter bread slices and cut them into thin slices if needed.
  3. 3 Spread a layer of the cheese mixture onto the bread, cover with another slice, and cut sandwiches in half to serve.
