Cottage Cheese Olive Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage or pot cheese
- 1 red pepper, minced very fine
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped olives
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Method
- 1 Combine cottage or pot cheese, minced red pepper, grated onion, chopped olives, salt, and paprika in a bowl.
- 2 Form the mixture into balls.
- 3 Place the cheese balls in a nest of lettuce and serve with French dressing.
