Cottage Cheese Dill Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 4 tablespoons low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion or chives
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
Method
- 1 Place all ingredients in a blender.
- 2 Blend thoroughly until smooth.
- 3 Pour mixture into a clean container.
- 4 Cover and chill before serving.
