Cottage Cheese And Endive Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt to taste
- 1 clove garlic, halved
- 4 cups chicory or endive
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
- 1 tsp onion juice
- French dressing
Method
- 1 Rub cottage cheese with cream, butter, and salt until smooth.
- 2 Rub a salad bowl with cut garlic, then fill with chicory or endive.
- 3 Form cheese into balls and place on greens with quartered hard-boiled eggs.
- 4 Season with onion juice and serve with French dressing.
