  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, halved
  • 4 cups chicory or endive
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
  • 1 tsp onion juice
  • French dressing

Method
