  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 pint milk
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • sugar to taste
  • flavoring to taste

Method

  1. 1 Mix cornstarch smoothly with a small amount of milk.
  2. 2 Pour in the remaining milk, add sugar and flavoring, then boil for 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3 Remove from heat and stir in the beaten eggs.
  4. 4 Pour into a pie dish and bake until golden brown.
