Cornstarch-Thickened Baked Custard Pie
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 pint milk
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- sugar to taste
- flavoring to taste
Method
- 1 Mix cornstarch smoothly with a small amount of milk.
- 2 Pour in the remaining milk, add sugar and flavoring, then boil for 2-3 minutes.
- 3 Remove from heat and stir in the beaten eggs.
- 4 Pour into a pie dish and bake until golden brown.
