Cornmeal Sour Milk Biscuits
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon fat
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup sour milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method
- 1 Mix flour, cornmeal, fat, soda, and salt. Stir in sour milk until combined.
- 2 Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased baking sheet.
- 3 Bake in a hot oven (425°F) for 15 minutes.
