Cornflour Cake
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb cornflour
- 1/2 lb caster sugar
- 2 oz butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
Method
- 1 Beat the butter until creamy.
- 2 Mix in the sugar.
- 3 Add the eggs and beat everything well together.
- 4 Stir in the cornflour and baking powder.
- 5 Pour into a greased cake tin and bake for 45 minutes.
