Corned Beef Hash With Onion
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked corned beef, finely chopped
- 1 cup cooked potatoes, finely chopped
- 1 tsp grated onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 green pepper, shredded (optional)
Method
- 1 Finely chop the cooked corned beef and cold potatoes.
- 2 Combine the meat and potatoes in a bowl. Add grated onion, salt, pepper, and butter.
- 3 Heat the mixture thoroughly in a skillet, stirring occasionally, until hot and slightly crispy.
