  • 1 can corn
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp white pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 1¾ cups flour

Method

  1. 1 Mix corn with milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2 Add well-beaten egg yolks.
  3. 3 Sift flour with baking powder and add gradually to the mixture.
  4. 4 Fold in well-beaten egg whites.
  5. 5 Bake in a hot oven (425°F) for 30 minutes.
