Corn Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 can corn
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp white pepper
- 3 eggs
- 1¾ cups flour
Method
- 1 Mix corn with milk, salt, and pepper.
- 2 Add well-beaten egg yolks.
- 3 Sift flour with baking powder and add gradually to the mixture.
- 4 Fold in well-beaten egg whites.
- 5 Bake in a hot oven (425°F) for 30 minutes.
