  • 2 eggs, well-beaten
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • dash of paprika
  • oil for frying

Method

  1. 1 In a bowl, combine corn, beaten eggs, flour, salt, and paprika. Mix until just combined.
  2. 2 Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. 3 Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil.
