Corn And Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 9 large ears of corn
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups boiled rice
- 1 cup milk
- Pepper to taste
- Little sugar
Method
- 1 Score and cut corn fine from the cob, scraping off the milky residue.
- 2 Mix the butter into the hot rice, then combine the rice and corn well together.
- 3 Beat in the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and sugar until fully incorporated.
