Corn And Beef Chili
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 2 cups water
- 1 can (15 ounces) low-sodium whole kernel corn
- 2 cans (30 ounces each) low-sodium cream style corn
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Method
- 1 In a large pot, brown ground beef over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes. Drain off the fat.
- 2 Add water, whole kernel corn, cream style corn, diced onions, garlic, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the pot. Mix well.
- 3 Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
